Up until now an effective recovery plan may have been difficult to implement, but new technology is changing all that.

At CryoPlus we offer a one-stop shop with several world-class recovery methods now available on the Central Coast. Each treatment can either be used as a stand-alone treatment or combined for supercharged recovery and performance enhancement. Treatments range from a quick 3 Minute Full Body Cryotherapy session to an entire recovery day where you can combine Cryo with time in the Infrared Sauna, an hour in the Float Pod or an hour in our NormaTec compression therapy lounge.

Cryotherapy completed 1 hour after plyometric exercise has shown improvements in a variety of performance measures which can be applied to a wide range of other forms of training and performance.

Infrared Sauna

Enhance endurance with infrared sauna by increasing nutrient delivery to muscles thereby reducing the depletion of glycogen stores, reducing heart rate and reducing core temperature during workload.
